PROJECT FRAMEWORK |

|
One master project office and two sub-project offices (for Grades K-12 and the college level) are founded to work with the promotion centers for grades K-12, which are regional/county/city-based and affiliated to schools as well as the resource centers for the college level, which are affiliated to universities. |
|
The project offices outline core tasks and guidelines for the resource/promotion centers and: |
- Monitoring centers’ performance
- Setting up E-learning platforms
- Compiling E-learning materials for students and teachers
- Identifying required knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA) for different levels/fields of students
- Implementing and promoting energy-related programs, curricula and activities on campuses etc.

PNETWORKED PROMOTION AND RESOURCE CENTERS |
|
- At the primary and secondary education levels (i.e., Grades K-12), there are 22 promotion centers (called Energy Technology Education Center) affiliated to schools, including 5 regional ones for upper-secondary schools and 17 county/city ones for kindergartens, elementary schools and lower-secondary schools.
- At the college level, there are 9 resource centers affiliated to universities, which focus on a particular energy technology, respectively.

CENTERS’ TASKS |

The promotion centers work on: |
- Recruiting seed teachers for grades K-12
- Recruiting volunteers and narrators for promotion centers
- Promoting energy education within their regions/counties/cities
- Establishing websites for energy technology education
|
|
|
The resource centers work on: |
- Offering professional energy curriculum
- Setting up teaching laboratories focusing on featured energy technology
- Recruiting industry lecturers, and acting as a liaison between the industry and academics
- Promoting student practices in industry
